All digital assets, codebases, designs, graphics, and proprietary methodologies displayed on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Gorillaz Group. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering of our materials is strictly prohibited under international copyright laws.

03 // Acceptable Use

You agree to use our digital infrastructure solely for lawful purposes. Any attempt to compromise, flood, or disrupt our services will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

04 // Privacy Protocol

We operate under strict data protection protocols. Your personal and financial data is encrypted and used solely for service delivery. We do not monetize your data through third-party sales.

05 // Cyber Security

While we implement enterprise-grade security measures (SSL, Firewalls, Encryption), the nature of the internet prevents absolute guarantees. Users acknowledge the inherent risks of digital data transmission.

06 // Service Scope

Gorillaz Group provides elite digital solutions including:

07 // Financial Terms

All fees are quoted in the applicable currency and are non-negotiable once agreed upon. Full payment is required prior to the deployment of major project phases unless a specific retainer agreement is in place.

08 // Cancellation Policy

Standard services may be cancelled within 14 days of order placement, provided work has not commenced. Custom development works and digital assets already created are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.

09 // Limitation of Liability

Gorillaz Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

11 // Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv.
