01General

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website grlz.co.il (the “site”) and the services Gorillaz Group (“we”, “us”) offers on it. By accessing or using the site or our services, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the site and our services.

02Intellectual property

All content on the site, including but not limited to designs, graphics, logos, images, video, music, text, code and methodologies, is the intellectual property of Gorillaz Group or of other rights holders. It is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws, in Israel and internationally.

You may not copy, distribute, modify or reverse-engineer these materials without our express permission.

03Acceptable use

Your use of the site and our services is conditional on your compliance with these Terms, and every action you take on the site is subject to them. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes.

Any attempt to compromise, flood or disrupt the site or our services will lead to immediate blocking of access and may result in legal action.

04Privacy and data

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information you give us, including contact details, email address and financial information, is kept confidential and used only to provide our services and to communicate with you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not disclose or transfer it to third parties without your consent, unless the law requires it. The details are in our Privacy Policy.

05Security

We make every reasonable effort to protect the site and your information, with measures such as SSL/TLS encryption and firewalls. However, the nature of the internet means that no absolute guarantee is possible: we cannot fully guarantee the security of information or prevent every intrusion.

You acknowledge the inherent risks of transmitting data online. You use the site and the services at your own risk.

06Services

Gorillaz Group offers a range of digital services, including:

  • Website development: custom websites and online stores, built with technologies such as React and Node.js or on platforms such as Wix.
  • App development: custom web apps and mobile apps for iOS and Android.
  • Search engine optimization (SEO): strategies to improve your site’s ranking in search engines such as Google.
  • Social media marketing: content and campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Paid advertising (PPC): setting up and managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Ads.

07Prices and payments

Prices on the site are in Israeli new shekels (ILS) and exclude VAT. They are updated from time to time. Services are charged at the prices in effect when you place your order, and once a fee has been agreed, it is not open to renegotiation.

Full payment is required before work starts on each major phase of a project, unless a retainer or another agreement says otherwise.

08Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel an order within 14 days of placing it, in accordance with Israel’s Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, provided that work on it has not yet started.

Custom work and digital assets that have already been created cannot be cancelled or refunded, because they are made specifically for you.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gorillaz Group is not liable for any direct or indirect damage, economic or otherwise, including incidental or consequential damage, arising from the use of the site or of the services offered on it.

In any event, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in dispute.

10Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any change takes effect when it is published on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top changes accordingly.

11Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute relating to the site or our services will be heard exclusively by the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
