Terms of Use

01Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Gorillaz Group (“we”, “us”) collects, stores, uses and protects information about you when you visit or use the site https://grlz.co.il, including its Hebrew, English and Russian pages, or when you contact us.

Gorillaz Group is responsible for the information described here. Our office is at WeWork Midtown, Tel Aviv, Israel, and you can reach us at support@grlz.co.il.

By using the site, you agree to the data practices described in this policy. Where the law requires your consent for a specific use, we ask for it separately.

02Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we receive your full name, email address and project details. When you call, email or message us (for example, on WhatsApp or Telegram), we receive your contact details and whatever you choose to send.
  • Client details. If you become a client, we also handle the information needed to deliver the work, issue invoices and receive payment, such as billing details.
  • Technical data. Like any website, our servers automatically receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. We use it to run and secure the site.
  • Cookies. We use a small number of essential cookies, described in the next section.

The site assistant (“Open the assistant”) runs entirely in your browser. What you type there is not sent to us and is not stored.

03Cookies and browser storage

We use only the cookies the site needs to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not currently use analytics tools.

grlz_consentRemembers your choice in the cookie notice.6 monthsEssential

Your choice. On your first visit, a cookie notice lets you choose “Essential only” or “Accept”. Either way, only the two cookies above are set. If we ever add optional cookies, such as analytics, they will run only if you chose “Accept”, and we will list them here first. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link in the site footer.

Clean-up. Each time you open one of our main pages, it removes any other cookies and browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) our site may have left in your browser, and keeps only the two cookies above.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but it will not remember your language or your cookie choice.

04How we use information

  • To provide our services, respond to your enquiries and handle your requests.
  • To operate, secure and improve the site.
  • To send updates or marketing messages, only if you have given your explicit consent.
  • To comply with the law and to protect our legal rights.

05Sharing and service providers

We never sell your information. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to anyone.

We share information only with trusted service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as far as that purpose requires:

  • Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States) receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to our email.
  • Enable (accessibility widget, Israel). The accessibility menu on our pages loads from Enable’s servers, which therefore receive your IP address and standard browser information. The widget may save your accessibility settings in your browser.
  • Hosting and email providers, which store and transmit the site and our correspondence.
  • Payment and invoicing providers, if you become a client.

External apps. Links to WhatsApp, Telegram, Waze, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok open those services. When you use them, their own privacy policies apply.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or in response to a valid request from a competent authority.

06Transfers outside Israel

Some of our providers, including Formspree, store information outside Israel, for example in the United States. These transfers are made in accordance with applicable law.

07How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or for as long as the law requires.

08Your rights

Under Israeli law. Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended (including Amendment No. 13, in force since August 2025), gives you the right to:

  • review the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date;
  • ask to be removed from any direct-marketing list, at any time; and
  • file a complaint with the Privacy Protection Authority at Israel’s Ministry of Justice.

In the EU and the UK. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR also gives you the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Marketing. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time, through the link in the message or by contacting us.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@grlz.co.il. We may first need to confirm your identity, and we will respond within the time the law requires.

09Security

We use reasonable, industry-standard technical and organizational measures, such as HTTPS encryption and restricted access, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration or destruction. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or our legal obligations. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If you continue to use the site after an update, you accept the updated policy.
